My love and I just came back from our first weigh in at weight watchers. In the past I have posted the weigh in results here because I want to motivate myself… somehow. Does it work? Probably not. It’s just something I did.
This time I think I am going to hold off for a few weeks at least. Why? Because the first weigh in was so good I am a little embarrassed. I don’t want someone else who is just starting off to read my number and get down on themselves because theirs isn’t that drastically positive. I think I’ll wait for a trend to develop before I start sharing numbers.
